For a more than one client in the sportretail branch we are looking for several Customer Service representatives.

In this dynamic role, you will be part of a team with the focus and drive to provide optimal service to customers. 

The role:

As a Customer Service employee, you inform and advise our customers (by telephone and mail) about everything that concerns their request. You handle the incoming orders and questions about our assortment, prices and stocks. You will not only provide the right answers to our clients, but you will also proactively think along with them and offer them alternatives where possible. Additionally, your commercial awareness enables you to respond to opportunities and create upselling.

In order to achieve an optimal service, the customer service team works together with various departments (for example finance, ecommerce, marketing, logistics). With your proactive and accurate way of working you make the difference for our customer and your colleagues.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact (by telephone or mail) for both internal as well as external customers;
  • Provide proactive support to our customers;
  • Ensure correct processing and handling of customer orders;
  • Perform various operational checks;
  • Coordinate logistical services;
  • Perform sales preparations for our sales reps.

Your qualifications:

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • Knows how to operate in a customer friendly way;
  • Has experience in a similar position and environment;
  • Has commercial awareness and strong communication skills;
  • Has experience with Excel and is familiar with the other Office applications;
  • Is fluent in two or more languages (English, Dutch, French and German);
  • Has a strong interest in sports / the sport branch;
  • Works accurately and structured;
  • Is a multi-tasker, and who thrives in a dynamic environment.
